The three best ways to contact us to get more information or to make a reservation are:

• Telephone us any time between 8am and 9pm Vancouver time (same time zone as San Francisco, 3 hours behind New York, 8 hours behind the UK, 9 hours behind Western Europe.)
• Send us an email at hosts@lockehaven.ca
• Use our On-line Reservation System, to view our availability calendar for both suites and then, if you wish, make a reservation request on-line (see below)

Reservation Procedures

• During Summer (July, August, September): 3 nights
• During All Other Months: 2 nights

Before making a reservation, please read the detailed information:

• on Lockehaven and the suite you are interested in on "The B&B" Page of this website.
• Then please see the "Rates/Policies" page of the website to obtain the latest information on our rates and policies. By making a reservation at Lockehavnen, you are agreeing to these policies. If you have any questions or are not sure about something, please ask.

To request a reservation, please contact us by phone, email or use the "Webervations" On-line Reservation Request System to request availability, get additional information or to make a booking.

On-line Reservation System

• At your option, you may use the "Webervations" secure link to provide us with the contact and credit card information required to make a reservation for you.
• In any case, we will process your first payment only after sending you a firm quote by email and then obtaining your specific approval for the transaction either by email or phone.
• If the time period you request is available, we will hold it for you until we complete the exchange of information with you required for the reservation confirmation process, provided this can be completed within a day or two.
