All-Inclusive Rates for Exceptional Value

Save Money on Restaurant Meals and With Free Long Distance Phone Calls.

Although Lockehaven's rates may be higher than average due to its spectacular waterfront location and luxurious suites with many included amenities, most of our guests actually save money by staying at Lockehaven and taking advantage of the in-suite kitchenettes and not having to always have lunch and dinner at restaurants.

Many guests also avoid the high roaming and long distance charges from using their cell phones by using the private phones in each of the suites, which have free long distance calling to anywhere in the US and Canada and many other countries, because they are Internet VOIP phones.

Accommodation Policies

By making a booking at Lockehaven you are agreeing to abide by the following important policies:

• Adults Only on the premises at any time - (mimimum 15 years old, one person must be at least 21 years old)
• Non-Smoking Environment. Smoking is not permitted either inside the suites or on the outdoor decks.
• Guests must specify the number of persons that will be staying in the suite at the time of booking.
• Burning of any type of material is not permitted at Lockehaven, inside or outside, including candles, oil lamps, incense and portable cooking devices. Electric barbeques are provided on each of the suite decks.
• Standard check-in time is between 5:00pm and 8:00pm (You may be able to arrange with us to drop off your baggage here for safe keeping before standard check-in time)
• Check-out time is before 11:00 am
• No Pets

Advance Payments

• In order to confirm your reservation, we will require your credit card information and your specific permission by email or phone to take a an advance payment by credit card of 30% of the total price of your stay 90 days in advance of your arrival, or at the time of your booking, whichever is first.
• We will send you confirmation of your reservation immediately and also confirmation when we have received your advance payment.
• The 70% balance will be required upon your arrival, either by credit card or in cash in Canadian dollars.

12% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) must be added to all payments

• All rates are the same whether there are one or two people occupying the suite.
• There is a maximum of 3 people occupying a suite and a additional $35 per night will be charged for a third person
• All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars and all payments are to be made in Canadian Dollars. Currency Converter
• All advance payments must be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card. When on-site, you may also pay by Interac compatible debit card or in cash in Canadian Dollars

Cancellation Policies

We recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance, to cover the potential loss of any deposits due to inability to travel for medical reasons.

• If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days in advance of the arrival date of your reservation, we will refund any advance payments that we have received from you.
  
• After 30 days in advance of your reserved date of arrival, all advance payments are not refundable, unless we can resell time you had reserved. In this case, the refund will be in proportion to the amount of revenue we can recover from resale to other guests.
