The Eagle Suite, on the upper floor of the house, occupies half the top (third ) level of the house. It has 460 square feet of interior area and the portion of its private cedar-strip deck that overlooks the water is 330 square feet. (ten square feet = one square meter). The bedroom is a separate room and the kitchenette and dining area are integrated with the living room. The office is in an alcove off the living room. There is a hanging clothes closet with a full-length mirror on the door and a there is a separate walk-in closet for luggage storage. This suite is particularly bright, with large windows along the whole of the north and west sides and there is a long peaked skylight that covers the external entrance and extends inside over the entrance hall and dressing area. There is also a skylight over the sink in the bathroom. A key feature of the Eagle suite is the private 4 person jetted hot tub (therapeutic spa), which is located outside on the suite's private deck and is available for the exclusive use of the Eagle Suite occupants all year round.
